This invigorating Post-Workout Sharpr Shake recipe is designed for the fitness enthusiast in search of the ultimate recovery drink. Ingredients:
2 tsp Sharpr Blends Mushroom Coffee
500ml Water
1 Banana
1 serving of chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp chia seeds 

Optional: Add your choice of milk to brewed coffee beforehand

Directions: 
  1. Brew 2 cups of coffee using the mushroom powder and water.
  2. Add brewed mushroom coffee and all other ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more mushroom coffee or milk to adjust the consistency. 
  4. Serve and recharge
