Can you drink more than one a day?

What couriers do you use?
We use an array of couriers to ensure we can get it to you as quick as possible.

We ship worldwide however shipping costs will vary outside of AU/NZ.
What is the estimated delivery time for your orders?
Our domestic orders arrive within 3-5 working days, international orders may vary.
Not received your order?
In case your order has been indicated as delivered yet hasn't arrived, and the address is accurate, a little patience might be key. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.

What happens if the order arrives damaged?

It's unlikely, as we have very limited time to modify orders because we aim to ship them on the same day. Should there be an error in your order's address, we urge you to contact us via email right away, and we will make every effort to adjust it before it's dispatched.
Can I cancel my order?
Our cancellation timeframe is quite brief, and there's a chance we may not be able to
process your cancellation request promptly. However, if you need to cancel your
order, send us an email straightaway, including your order number, and we'll do our
best to accommodate your request. Please note, if a packing slip has already been
generated, we will be unable to cancel the order.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by signing into your account and selecting "Cancel." It's important to note, however, that this action won't cancel any orders that were processed before the cancellation of your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Certainly, you have the flexibility to cancel at any time and can reactivate your account whenever you choose.
How often will I be billed for my subscription?
The delivery frequency depends on your selection when placing the order. The default setting is every 30 days, however, you have the option to choose a delivery interval between 1 and 90 days!
Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Will I be notified before my subscription renews?
Yes, you'll receive an email or SMS reminder 7 days prior to your subscription renewal.

How do I reactivate my subscription?
To reactivate your subscription, log into your account. To cancel your subscription, which seems to be a repetition from earlier, follow the cancellation procedure mentioned previously. How can I update my payment information?

What is your return policy?
Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your initial order, you're entitled to a refund if you return it within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, please contact us at returns@sharprblends.com. For subsequent orders, we will only accept returns for products that are unopened.
Can I use a discount code after I have placed my order?
Discounts must be applied before placing an order; we cannot apply them after payment has been made. However, if you forget to use a discount, you're welcome to apply it to your next order.
