This signature Gut Health Banana Coffee Smoothie recipe is crafted for those who want to boost their morning with wellness and flavor. It blends robust, earthy tones of mushroom coffee with smooth, natural sweetness of bananas, incorporating probiotics for digestive health. A hint of coffee richness completes the mix, creating a nourishing, energizing smoothie that’s as good for your gut as it is delicious.

Ingredients:
1 tsp Sharpr Blends Mushroom Coffee
80ml of your choice of milk 
1 Banana 
2 tbsp Nut butter 
1 tbsp Yogurt Ice 

Optional: Protein powder, fruit, chocolate syrup, or anything else you fancy!

Directions: 
  1. Add the mushroom coffee blend, banana, ice, nut butter, and your choice of milk to a blender. 
  2. Add a tablespoon of yogurt. 
  3. Blend until nice and smooth.
