Subscription Policy

Overview
By subscribing to Sharpr Blends you agree to recurring charges at the frequency you choose (every 30 or 60 days) until you cancel. You can manage your plan any time from your Account (pause, skip, change next date, or cancel).
What you receive
• First order: Sharpr Starter Kit – Calm Focus Coffee.
• Future orders: 30‑serve Calm Focus Refill delivered on your chosen schedule.
• Discount: 10% off every subscription charge.
• Shipping: Free AU/NZ shipping.
Billing & schedule
Your payment method is charged on the morning of your renewal date. If payment fails, we’ll retry automatically; if it still fails your subscription may pause until you update payment details.
Manage or cancel
You can manage your subscription in the customer portal (Account link in our header/footer) or by emailing customerservice@sharprblends.com. Cancel any time before your next charge to avoid being billed for that cycle.
Skips, date changes & address changes
Skips or changes take effect immediately if made before the next charge. Address changes after an order is confirmed may require carrier rerouting and can’t be guaranteed.
Returns & refunds
Subscriptions follow our Refund Policy. Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Price changes
We may update prices, taxes or shipping rules. If we do, we will notify subscribers in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
