Australia & New Zealand.

Cost
Free AU/NZ shipping on all orders (thresholds may apply during promos).

Dispatch time
Orders placed Mon–Fri before 1pm AEST usually ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email when your parcel is on the way.

Estimated delivery times
• AU metro: 2–6 business days
• AU regional/remote: 4–10 business days
• NZ: 4–8 business days
Public holidays and peak periods may add time.

Carriers & tracking
We use tracked services (e.g., AusPost, Sendle, NZ Post). Tracking will update within 24–48h.

Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, please check safe‑drop/with neighbours first, then contact the carrier. Email us if you need help.

Customs & duties (NZ)
Orders to New Zealand are usually under de‑minimis; if duties/taxes are charged they’re the receiver’s responsibility.

Address changes
We can change addresses before dispatch. After dispatch, reroutes are not guaranteed.
