30‑Day Money‑Back (first purchase)
If you’re not happy with Sharpr Blends, email customerservice@sharprblends.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund your FIRST purchase of a single Starter Kit or single Refill pack—no hoops. One refund per customer/household. Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the parcel and items. We’ll replace or refund the affected item(s).
Returns
For hygiene and food safety, opened food products can’t be returned. If we ask for a return (e.g., wrong item), we’ll provide a prepaid label. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it. Otherwise, please use the money‑back guarantee above.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Banks can take 3–10 business days to post the credit.
