Mushy Protein Balls
This beloved Mushroom Coffee Protein Balls recipe is designed for the health-conscious individual seeking a tasty, energizing snack. These balls combine the unique, earthy essence of mushroom coffee with a mix of protein-packed ingredients, offering a delicious bite that fuels your body and satisfies your taste buds. Ingredients:
2 tsp Sharpr Blends Mushroom Coffee
1.5 cups of Medjool dates
65g Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Water
90g Rolled Oats
60g Almond Flour
65g Chocolate Chips
Pinch of Salt

Optional: Coat in coconut shavings

Directions: 
  1. Combine dates, peanut butter, and water in a blender and blend until it forms a paste. 
  2. Add the mushroom coffee powder, oats, flour, and salt, and blend until combined. 
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  4. Roll into balls and store in the fridge for 1-2 hours. 
  5. Take them out and enjoy your energy boost!
